A virtual Gift Card will be sent to the Recipient's Email Address that can be used with any online purchases. If you would like for an actual gift certificate to be sent via mail to the recipient, please note it in the comments section. There will be a $2.00 fee for a physical gift certificate (includes shipping). A personal message can be included, please include that in the Personal Note box. If you would like the Recipient to know your name, you will need to include it in the Personal Note box, otherwise, it will be sent anonymously.
